【酸甜苦辣鹹】蔥油拌麵 Green Onion Braised Noodles

煮開一小鍋水,下紅麴麵;打開冰箱,挖幾匙蔥油,每週總有幾天的餐食是這樣的,簡簡單單,卻滋味無窮。

打從祖宜那兒學會蔥油拌麵之後,我的日子就輕鬆了。嗜甜的我,總要在蔥油裡多添上幾匙糖。

還記得有次買了丸莊螺寶蔭油,興沖沖的拿來和花生油送做堆,結果因為這兩樣的味道太突出,反而凸顯不出蔥的香氣。

從那之後我就乖乖的用最便宜的醬油和沙拉油,因為這樣做出來的蔥油,才能充分吃到蔥的香甜。:)
