【酸甜苦辣鹹】滷豆腐 Tofu Stew

前些日子做的滷肉快吃完了,還剩不少滷汁,可以做二次利用,拿來滷豆腐、豆干、油豆腐、麵輪、麵筋球等豆類製品。豆類製品的酸氣,會影響肉的味道,所以等到肉快吃完了再放進去滷,或者撈出湯汁另起一鍋去滷也可以。海帶、泡過的木耳也合適。

這次用的是超市販售的嫩豆腐,切塊丟進去,加點水,味道太淡就補點醬油,大火煮開,再轉小火,煮至入味。
