【酸甜苦辣鹹】橫山家之味 – 玉米天婦羅 Corn Tempura in “Still Walking”

看過「橫山家之味」的人,應該都對電影裡做料理的場景印象深刻吧!一直很想嚐嚐裡面玉米天婦羅的滋味,於是趁前兩天上超市的時候,買了新鮮的玉米,這就準備開工了。

萬事起頭難,這玉米得一粒一粒慢慢的剝,據說要是剝不完整,下鍋之後會油爆。

玉米從頭剝起不好使力,用手把玉米從中折斷,由中間剝起就容易多了。

剝好的玉米和一點韓式煎餅粉和低筋麵粉混合,加一點鹽,氣泡飲料家裡有啤酒,但我不喜歡成品的酒味,所以放了檸檬汽水。

整碗玉米在剝的過程中難免有損傷,所幸炸的過程油爆很輕微。

麵衣越薄口感越好,炸過的玉米很甜,不用任何沾醬就很好吃,所以…在想到可以灑鹽和胡椒之前,就被我吃光光了。XD
